Delete your Wave Pro account.

Fastest: in the app

Open Wave Pro → tap your avatar → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate: your profile, craft records, documents, photos (including public Social and public craft images), saved launches and journeys are removed. Launch contributions already published stay in the directory, disconnected from your identity. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Without the app

Email privacy@wave-pro.co.uk with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address on your account. We verify it's you, then delete the account — confirmed back to you within 30 days, normally much sooner.

What is deleted, what is kept

Deleted: your profile and personal data, craft records, documents, photos (private and public Social or craft images), saved launches, journeys, staging uploads and preferences. Kept: contributions already published to the launch record remain in the directory but are disconnected from your identity. Full details: Privacy Policy.
