The diary and the front desk
Bookings from your own profile and from riders who already use Wave Pro. Check a ski in with its engine hours and a photo, and the arrival is on the record before anyone touches it.
Inspections that produce a decision
Your checklist, your standards. Findings are reported as fine, to watch, or needs doing — so a quote explains itself and a customer can see what they are agreeing to.
Quotes and approval
Send a quote, and work starts when the customer approves it — not before. The approval is recorded, so what was authorised is never a matter of memory.
Jobs, parts and stock
Technicians, job status, parts used and what is on the shelf. Stock a ski before anyone owns it, and it stays the same ski all the way through.
Invoices you can stand behind
An issued invoice is a document. It keeps saying what it said — your name, address and VAT number as they were on the day — even after you move, rename or register for VAT. Wave Pro records that you were paid; Wave Pro does not process the money.
Verified service history
Work you do becomes durable history on that craft's Wave Pro Passport, stamped with whether Wave Pro had verified you at the time. If you later leave Wave Pro, the work you really did stays verified — and history is never quietly rewritten.
Stock, the Marketplace and handover
List your stock into the Wave Pro Marketplace riders already use. When it sells, enter the buyer's email: they accept it themselves, and the ski — with its history — lands in their Garage. Nobody can be given a ski, and nobody can be made to take one.
Part exchange without guesswork
Ask the owner for the craft's verified history for a valuation. They approve it, you see the work that a next owner would inherit, and nothing else. A hull number is evidence, never a key.
How Wave Pro behaves
The rules do not change for anyone, which is what makes verified history worth anything.
Verification is earned, not bought
Verified means Wave Pro has verified you. It is not a paid badge, and no business can verify itself.
A work account is not a rider account
Your staff sign in with their own work addresses. Removing someone from your business does nothing to any personal Wave Pro account they have, and their actions stay attributable to the work identity that did them.
The ski belongs to the rider
You hold stock; owners own craft. Custody is not ownership, a hull number reveals nothing about who owns it, and a business cannot write into somebody's Passport at will.
Wave Pro does not take payments
Wave Pro records the commercial state of a job — quoted, approved, invoiced, paid. Money moves the way it already moves in your business.
On the desk and on the shop floor
The desktop is where the business is run — diary, customers, money, stock, staff. The Wave Pro app in your pocket is the shop floor: today’s jobs, check-in, hours, photos, inspections and status, for the ski in front of you.
